How long does shipping take?
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days unless you opt for express delivery which is 1-2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £100.
Orders below this amount are charged at a flat rate of £3.99. Express delivery is £5.99
Can I track my order?
- Yes, all orders are shipped using tracked services via Royal Mail.
You’ll receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
If it’s still delayed, message us and we’ll look into it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
- We currently offer international shipping. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.
Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply.
What if my order is damaged or lost?
- If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
